Freeze plug location, Exhaust valve

I just need to know where the freeze plugs are on my 1989 302, i look for the kits on summit and there are threaded plugs or just the brass ones? if im correct there the allen wrench looking things in my heads? Those are threaded. just any help would be great. And if Possible does anyone know the stock exhaust valve size on an 1989 ford 302. thanks a lot
