Front end clicking?

When i turn the steering wheel in either directions i hear this weird click come from the front end. Sounds like something is binding. Any ideas on what this could be. How can i find the TSB that have possibly been issued?

is it a ticking sound or like rubbing?

check the fenderwell cover and see if it's sticking out anywhere

If your car is lowered its knocking the geometry out of whack and putting stress onthe front end. mine creaks and cracks in the front when i turn the wheel also. Im going to try offset rack bushings- but im not sure htat will do anything

sorry for the late reply. There arent any lowering springs involved. Its not a tick like something coming from the vavletrain. Its a click. I think i've heard of a TSB on this...i guess i'll just have to look around to find it
