Front Grille Options

I thought I posted this, but cant find it. Is there any reason to spend $100 more for the Roush Front black grill instead of this one for $149:

They look the same except the pony on it. They are both direct fit. I ordered the CS package in Silver but want the black front grille instead of chromed.
