I just have the plate on my bumper... no problem removing it though... you'll notice 4 nice little holes in the bumper if you do though, and remember, you need the front plate to be legal

-not too big of a deal though, I went through a yellow light, right by the Bellevue District Court House, w/ a cop at the light the other direction, with my Xenon Blue lights on, just my fog lights, w/o my headlights (which is illegal) and he didn't do anything...
