Thank you. I was half asleep when I posted. I'm located in Sacramento California don't know much about these cars. If seats are expensive I'm just gonna strip the thing and race it.

If nobody here has seats (I have a pair of decent burgundy ones, I'm putting Mazda RX8 seats in mine) to your liking, you can use the seats from any 1974-2004 Mustang you find at the salvage yard. TMI Products carries kits to replace the upholstery on most of the 79-04 seats, including some nice custom options. The 79-04 seats will bolt to your II seat tracks, you'll sometimes need to drill new holes or modify your lever on the slider, but that's it.
