I hate it when people say "I think he means...." but, I think he means an 01 seat in a 91 GT, based on his sig.

There are several people who have stuck 99-04 front seats in a Fox on the Fox 5.0 tech section. They bolt right up, I think the only problem is you have to rewire any power seat harnesses.

Its not simple with power seat, fitting 01 seats in mine with power seat rack took a little engineering, it did not simply bolt up.. I dont know how it is on foxes
