fuel everywhere!!!

okay, so I am trying to fatten this thing up abit cuz the af ratio gauge is in the extreme red. I know they arent the best in the world to go buy, but until my fuel pressure gauge gets here, thats what I have to go by. I want to at least see some green.

So I crank the bbk afpr all the way down, to hope it fattens it up a bit. I take it down the highway, and I smell gas bad. But I don't see anything spraying. so I take it home, and look at it, with it running still, the afpr is spraying like an aerosal can.WTF??

can you crank these things down to far or what? its fine now that I backed it off a bit.

So what should I do. Will my bigger fuel pump help with fattening up fuel pressure or not? cuz i got that, just needs installed. open for suggestions

Were you able to set the fuel pressure when the regulator was installed? If so, what pressure?

maybe you loosened it too much...that screw thing can come all the way off...maybe you were just barely on there?

no

I had it tightened down all the way, so it wasn't too loose.

so no, I didn't get to set the fuel pressure.

I have heard that these BBK units aren't as good as the kirbans.

any other ideas.
