It's underneath the car, right in front of the gas tank. Kind of hidden above the axle almost. It's a pretty big can like thing with fuel lines going in and out of it. Take a quick peak underneath your car, and in front of your gas tank and im sure you'll spot it.

make sure you release the fuel pressure first, or you are going to have a real mess on your hands, and gas burns when it gets in your armpit

ya take the gas cap off it is a black can looking thing i believe ford uses squeeze clips on there filters.(so you dont need a fuel line tool to get it off or a line wrench) then she just slids off and pop the new one in there. ooh by the way pour out the old gas so you can see what was in that filter and possible geting to the injectors. the customers at our shop are always happy they chaged it after they see that.prime it for about 5 seconds a few times then fire her up hold it at about 2k rpms for about 10-15 seconds and then she is good to go.
