My fuel guage reads whatever kit feels like reading at the time. Over the course of an hour it went back and forth from full to quarter tank to half full. Where should I start looking?
sending unit in the gas tank...pretty easy fix and might as well change the pump while your in there if you are planning on doing lots of mods to the car. and after that i would check out the gauge itself. mine didnt work at all when i bought the car and i had to go by mileage...but for some odd reason it just started working fine.
Thanks for the reply. I was hoping it would be something a little more simple, but it is what it is. Are there a lot of choices when it comes to fuel pumps? Anything you would recommend? I probably won't do many serious modifications to the car for a good long while. I have even been considering keeping it relatively stock for the coolness factor.
