fuel gauge is f!@#@#$ up

my fuel gauge saya full but its really empty its past the last line that means its full can someone help me

Best post this in tech....

Either the gage itself is loosing it, or the float in the tank sending unit is stuck at the full position, or similar.

First, make sure the gage and sender are getting the right power and especially sure they are properly grounded.

Until its fixed, just reset the odometer when you fill up.

Don't ask why I know this...
