The fuel pressure problem exsits only when car is up to temp. On intial start up fuel pressure is good. While driving under normal cruise fuel pressure is fine until such time it starts to creep down. Usually this happens after a good amount of stop and go traffic and the car starts to get some heat soak. WOT the pressure dips and stays at a certain pressure. So lets say the car is hot and pressure is starting to creep down under WOT the pressure will only drop say 2psi (while under WOT) and return to the (creep) pressure, never returning to base setting. Once the car cools off the base pressure returns and the cycle is repeated.

if you've never had this problem before, I'd almost suspect either the pump or maybe the filter's clogging up...
