Fuel Pressure

What should my fuel pressure be set at? I just put a guage in my 91 today and i have 60 psi at idle. The previous owner put an adjustable regulator in but i have no idea what a 5.0 should be set at.

Does anyone know? My 4.6 runs 28 at idle but thats a returnless system. I think i should be running 40 or 45 on a 5.0.

It shouldn't be 60 psi at idle. Pull the vacuum off of it and set it between 36-44psi. For a mostly stock motor don't go any higher.
