Stock is 38-39 PSI at WOT (or with the vacuum line to the FPR disconnected, which is close to what the manifold vac reading is at WOT).

At idle with the vac line connected, look for 32-33 PSI (if you're at 38-39 PSI at WOT).

Ford says "Key On Engine Off 35-45 psi"
Key On Engine Running 30-40 psi

They don't give a pressure for say 3000 or 4000 PRM

They are that broad because of the variety of conditions the fuel systems sees.

It's just like alternator output. It's accceptable from ~13.2 -14.8 volts, totally dependant upon conditions.

Just like with alt output, we can often narrow down what FP we'd like to see at certain times, but the generality still exists.
