Fuel problem........P0190

Ok here is the deal.....I just upgraded to a warlborro 255lph fuel pump from a bosh 190......car drove great for a week and then it threw this code...P0190 fuel rail pressure sensor fault....so I replaced it.......car has been bogging at wot and the fuel pressure drops.....I replaced the pump again...with another 255 and does the same thing.......I just changed the oil, plugs and tps and it seems like 2 possibilities......loss of fuel pressure or too much fuel! You can smell a little fuel in the oil and nothing bad is comming out the tail pipe....looks clean and smells just a tad rich! I have been using my old preditor as a data logger and it shows 40psi at idle and part throttle.....when I get on it the car feels very sluggish and the fuel pressure dropsto 20 psi! This has got me totally confused.......at first I was thinking ring wash, then probably either the fuel filter and pump and replaced both of them! Any help would be appreciated! The plugs by the way are golden and look very clean....
