Does anyone think that a stock 5.0 fuel pump will supply my turbo motor with 12 lbs. of boost?

Save yourself the trouble and put in a 255lph now, you dont want go back there again later to do it right. Yes a 5.0 pump *should* have enough flow on a stock motor for 10-12 psi, that is *should*. But why would u even want a turbo motor that only runs 12 psi...that is slower than stock

yep. They were the same.

So if you need to practice pulling the tank or you suffer from insomnia go ahead and switch them.

Its already in becauyse I neede3d a quick fix for my bad external. I didn't have enough time to order a 255 because the car was already apart, but it will be bought in the near future. You said they were 88lph but the side of the pump said only 60 lph. I know the car had some modifications done to it so I know the 5.0 was getting enough fuel for its needs, but why is it only 60 lph?

Hey, can I toss in the 255 now on the N/A motor and it work like the one in the tank now does? Or will I have to wait for the swap to do this?
