I'm rebuilding my engine and slapping on a vortech here soon, but i need to get my fuel right before i do. I have 42lbs injectors that ill be selling for some 60s and I'm looking for 500-600hp anywhere in between ill be satisfied. Right now i have a svt focus pump and a kenne bell boost a pump sitting here. I would just swap tanks for a cobra one but right now i don't have the extra 1k to get that after my supercharger and engine rebuild, So i figured i would use the boost a pump for a year till i can afford to swap the tanks.
Has anyone hooked up a BAP to the stock gt fuel system with a focus pump in it? Would it last to say 550hp? I know the focus pump lasts till 400 and the BAP should increase it as least 20% so i would assume it would be ok at 500-600? Honestly i think my goal is about 550hp for now.
