Is the gas lvl sending unit in your gas tank on a 86 mustang 5.0L part of the same assembly for the fuel pump?
I don't think so but I am having trouble finding a replacement piece. Since mine is converted to a carb set up I thought all i did was pull the fuel pump sending unit and replace with a bbk conversion piece and the gas lvl sending unit was mounted in a seperate bung.
Can anyone clear this up for me. Or give me a link to the part I need. I just need a factory replacement piece.
