Are there any tricks to removing the fuel tank filler pipe on a 99 Gt? I've got all bolts & hoses off, but can't get it seperated from the fuel tank.

According to the Haynes manual"On 99 and newer models it may be necessary to cut out the fuel tank filler pipe grommet from the fuel tank to allow removal of the filler pipe and to avoid damage to the filler pipe check valve.Always replace the grommet with a new one.
