Fuses for 88 5.0-Where?

Where are the fuses for the fuel pump on a 88 5.0?

To the left of the hood release is there is a cover for the fuse panel. If that is not what the the problem is, the relay for the fuel pump is under the drivers seat.

Hey man, I just talked to a guy that said it is probably the eec relay. Do you remember if the check engine light came on when we were turning the key in the on position? If not then thats what it is. Also the inertia switch I showed you in the trunk, if that is bad then you wont have power at the pump either. We will check it out tomorrow cause Im going to bed. Call me on my cell in the Afternoon, I have CIF and a job interview in the morning. Later Heath.
