I recently removed my gas tank and had it boiled it out. When in installed it, I replaced the filler neck hose. Now when it fill up (and unfortunately that is way too often) it is a real pain. I either get gas overflow or constant shut off at the pump.

I've checked all the clamps and they are nice and tight. Any other thoughts?

This is good!! Believe it or not!

That tank is NOT VENTED!!!!!! The vent is in the fuel cap. So when a modern fuel station nozzle seals to your tank it senses the backflow and shuts down. Grab the rubber on the nozzle and pull it back when you fill.

Don't worry, be happy!

Everyone HUMMM along!!
