My '04, when it was close to stock, would do right around 24-25 MPG on the highway. I don't remember the exact number, but I easily got 300 miles to a tank.

i just drove my gt 1220 miles from TX to VA and i got 20+ the whole way plus i had a FULL load of stuff in my car all my clothes and military gear (filled trunk and back seat) my sub woofer my computer and my 200 pound tv.
just stay in fifth gear and cruise that whole way don't dog on it and stay around 2000 rpm you'll get good mpg
if you've got really crappy gears like i do you can go almost 80 at 2000rpm. enjoy the drive.

Longest trip I took was about 700 miles, I got 26-27mpg with the A/C on. Running about 70-75(where permitted).

Depending on the load, expect around 25-28 mpg. On a trip a while ago, I averaged about 27.5 with the a/c on.

My personal best is 27MPG on a trip to Maine.

Keep it in 5th, cruise control on and it will sip gas.

03+ have a slightly lower 5th gear ratio (0.62 vs 0.68 previous years) so it may help a bit. I'm only turning 1800RPM's at 75MPH.
