After a driveshaft/mid-pipe install, I notice that the gas pedal sticks at time when accelerating from a dead stop. Doesn't do it all the time nor does it do it in any other gear besides first. Any idea's

Open the TB manually by pressing the lever under the hood, if it's the TB (which has happened to me before) you will feel it.

I had a little piece of the plastic break inside the spring which caused mine to stick. It has to be the cable binding somewhere could be a fray in it aswell.

That's what I'm afraid of, hopefully the cable is fine.

It's the mad suction-power created by the new O/R pipe.

Another vote for the throttle-blade sticking. If the stop screw backs out, it happens. It's annoying.

Sometimes the TB needs a good douching as well. Be careful of the coating inside the TB (I generally use TB cleaner instead of something like carb cleaner).

2000's test will let ya know.

Good luck.

Ya, as hissing said, the screw that adjusts the blade backs out, and lets the TB close 100%.
That's why it gets jammed shut.
Usually a little turn inwards and the problem is fixed.
