Gas soaked Spark plugs?

Hey everyone, i'm having some problems figuring this out. Car is a 1991 Gt. This problem started out as one spark plug being fouled with gas about every month. Decided to do a compression test today, which checked out fine and found out that all the spark plugs are now being soaked in gas. The car runs and starts just fine, there is a miss sometimes in the 1000-1800 rpm range though.

I've done the basic tune-up, and it didn't help. Now here is where i'm starting to think my problem is. The PO put 23lb injectors in the car(these ones to be exact http://www.jegs.com/i/Accel/110/150823/10002/-1) but i don't think he changed the mass air meter. Does this sound like it could be the cause of my problem? I've heard that it could be the cause over forums, but talking to mechanics in person they seem to think that they shouldn't be the problem, so i'm confused. Here are some photos of the meter that is in my car.

It appears to be the stock one, but i'm not sure.

Thanks.

That appears to be a stock 55mm MAF, calibrated for 19lb injectors, however, I don't see the internal screen. You will need a MAF calibrated for 23lb injectors, which is a very odd size, since all others are 24 lbs. The specs say 23 lbs/Hr @ 43.5 psi which may be close to the 19 lbs/Hr @ 39 psi

Look at the Application Guide on the page with the link you gave. The 150823 is not on the list for your '91 (see 1st line of the Table).

Probably better off getting the proper injectors. I may have an entire set of 19lb for sale. Long story: just replaced with 30lbs, thinking injectors were bad. Nothing wrong with them.
