i am lookin to buy some gears and a shift kit for my 95 gt. it's an aode (with 123k) so i need ya'lls opinion on what gears to get. as far as the shift kit, i know transgo makes a shift-kit for the mustang but can't seem to find one right off the bat. any suggestions or links would be appreciated!
The consensus is 5 speed 3.73 and auto 4.10's naturally the auto needs more help. If $$$ is not an issue you may want to think about rebuilding the tranny while you're there. It would suck to go in and install the shift kit then have the tranny take a crap not long afterwards. Once you feel the difference in how the car runs with gears you're going to play rough with her .
