You don't "need" anything else unless if something else is badly worn and/or needs replaced. Have the person doing the install to give the axle bearings a look over and make sure they are ok. If you want, drop about 80 bucks into a new bearing and seal kit. This will replace everything else that may need replaced. I did it when I did my rear end rebuild on my car just to be on the safe side. Contact Randy Stinchcomb over at www.modulardepot.com in their forums section.
