I already have flowmasters, K&N cold air intake, a diablo race chip, bbk headers, and bbk h-pipe. i was wondering, since i have an automatic, which should i get? should i get Cams, or should i get some Gears???

Get the gears first. And if you are getting cams, get 4.10s or 4.30s. I made the mistake of getting 3.73s and now the car doesn't have enough gear for the cams that I installed (Comp 270s).

God I love your car. I want to do LT's & x-pipe and then hopefully the same cams you have. What do you do for a tune on your car after the cam install? Also did you do the install yourself or a shop? If shop...how much?

I took mine to a local dynotuner in central Indiana. I am not very happy with the end result though. Mine was one of the first (or first as I can't remember how he stated it) cammed 4.6L cars that he did and it shows. There are some days that it simply isn't drivable when its first started and you have to let it warm up until you can drive it. Although it put down good numbers on the dyno, I need to get these drivability issues solved but I think I will wait until spring and have Modular Depot do the work and burn me a new chip for the EEC.

I did the cam/spring install with the help of a friend. I can't imagine installing the retainers and locks by myself. The springs are the hardest part due to the little space around the engine. We had the cams swapped in about 1.5 hours after changing the valvesprings using the AFM cam chain tool.

GEARS - and do 3.90 or 4.10.
Cheaper than cams & all.
If doing Ford then you will have to jump to 4.10.
EVERY MUSTANG SHOULD DO GEARS.

I would recommend gears first, Dallas SpeedCal (or get your chip reprogrammed for the 4.10's) and then do cams.

I say do the gears first. I have Comp cams in mine with the stock gears and just feels like it takes forever to get into the powerband of the cams. Go for the 4.10s.
