I have a 95 Cobra motor with 80k on it, has a blown head gasket but everything else checks out nice. What do you guys think would be a good asking price for it??? This paint and body guy wants to trade me fresh paint on a new hood for it, but I think the motor would be worth more then that...any advice?

You basically have a "worn out" engine with the gt-40 heads ~$350. This is, if its just the longblock.

That's what I was thinking about $400, seems like a pitty to get rid of it for so cheap though, haha. Thanks for the replies
