evenflow thanks for the reply..but can you answer the Q? do all the longtubes have the same rwhp gains?no matter of its mac, bbk, hooker, slp, or jba? are they *all* the same?

I LOVE my SLP LT's. If Im' going to spend money on my car I'm going to get what I want. Btw you can get them from www.mustangtuning.com for $683 if you use the stangnet coupon code and you also get free shipping.

Also, they're not all gonna have the same gains, just like any product, but it'll all be very close data. Nobody does LT shootouts because, well, it's too damn much work lol.

In MM&FF magazine, can't find it right now, on an 05 they were doing kooks, bassani, and one other one in a couple of their magazines with LT's and their matching counter part showing the gains. There was maybe a 2-3 hp difference between the different brands at tops.

All of the LTs pretty much flow the same. The only difference is going to be in quality. I think Mac LTs may be the cheapest and flow as well as the others, but they have a tendency to rust over a time.. That's why alot of people get them ceramic coated. Sometimes you can get them and get them coated for less than you would pay for those Bassanis. To be honest, you should spend your money elsewhere. LTs really shine when you have a supercharger or every bolt on in the book along with a nice set of cams.

You already have a nice flowing Xpipe. I have an UPR X also :D . I would keep my exhaust set up for now and spend that money on a nice set of cams. The mid pipe is going to free up the most HP out of your exhaust. The UPR O/R X frees up as much as any of the others. I'm lazy and didn''t check your signature to see what all other mods you have so far  . But I know that your Stang has a nice sound to it, now just put some more oats in the bag and go for more parts that are going to give you more power than the exhaust.

your paying for Stainless steel on the SLP's as well as the ceramic coating. Mac is aluminized with coating and will rot off your car in a few years if you live where harsh winters occur. I personally will only install stainless steel on my cars because I drive them year round and winters up here can be harsh. I have seen the SLP's up close and they are a very quality built piece for the money.

SLP and JBA are SS. where as BBK is mildsteel. it'll rust over time. But u can get BBK with ceramic coated, and not worry about it. ad it'll still be cheaper then SLP and JBA. I think my BBK was very well made and all.
