Hopefully this wont get as long as my H-pipe thread but I would like to know if there is something simple that I can use to get wax off of the window mouldings. My sister didn't tell me that the stuff was a wax and i didnt read the bottle so stupid me got it all over the mouldings. I tried simple green but it didnt seem to work very well, is there some kind of solvent or something that can get it off? I also got it on the plastic piece on the hood, but i can deal with that. Thanks for any help!

a product called back to black will work but i use nxt wax made by meguiars in a purple and green bottle you can get this wax on any think and it will wipe off clean but its 12-13 dollars a bottle but well worth it. you can get it at walmart,it will remove the wax from the mouldings just rub nxt wax onto the mouldings and wipe clean.....unless the mouldings are cracked if the wax is inbedded in the cracks you might need a brush with soap and water....

X2 on the back to black works great, also turtle was has a new product called ice and you can get it on mouldings and it wont turn white, also can use it in the direct sun.

before using thoes products, get a tight short brisseled paint brush with a all purpose cleaner to get the majority of the grit out.
