Anyone using any of the Glow Shift series fuel pressure gauges? Want to know if they are very accurate. www.glowshift.com

Also wanted to say thanks to all who helped me with my stang problems. Just took her out for a run and the car is simply unbelievable. I love her to death. Went to 140 in fourth, and it was screaming for more! I know I know keep it at the track, but I live in the middle of nowhere, perfectly straight roads with no connecting side streets, no traffic, no kids, no neighbors for 8 miles. They just beg for a push every noe and then. Besides if I just wanted to do the speed limit I would of bought a Z28

A PM is half a circle away from a BM, but that is something totally different. PM = Private Message.

Here is The Green GT's profile.

Good luck.

I know it's an old thread but did you run the glowshift gauge and did it last, was it good? Looking at some liquid fill ones on amazon now and they have 5 stars; $ 20...

LOL just curious but I read some stuff earlier where some people have had success with them and with their other gauges regular gauges. I'll probably give it a try

I havd glowshift ( MaxTow ) gauges in my car for the last 9 years. My boost and fuel pressure gauge both can drom them No issues. Data logs dmsgiw boost is pretty much spot on. Duel pressure is also correct.

Cool sounds good yeah I'm going to get the liquid filled fuel pressure and then I'm going to compare their pricing of the two and a 16th gauges to the auto meter

It is [hard] to find a decent analog AFR gauge:
No digital bull for my cockpit, thank you

I might have to give this one a shot and run it off of my LM-1.

how does it wire in, what are the options? Mechanical or electrical?

It's electrical and it takes a 5V feed from a wideband sensor/transducer with a 5V output.

Something like:

or

or from the gauge manufacture's own web site:

The gauge itself is essentially useless without a wideband meter with a 5V output.

@Noobz347

For another option, check out: https://www.speedhut.com/

https://speedhut.com/categories/gauge-types/led-lighting/air-fuel-gauges.html

They're pricey, but have lots of customization options. I also like that they offer analog gauges that display in lambda instead of AFR.

My hold-up on pulling the trigger (besides $$$) is trying to decide on keeping the stock Ford green backlighting or switching over to blue for a more modern look on everything (cluster and HVAC controls included). That's where GlowShift has big advantage, with multi-color LEDs.

I have an 86 so my speedo etc. is amber-ish in color. I lean toward white face with amber lighting when I can.

I kind of like autometer stuff so how would you compare autometer to them or do you prefer them over autometer?

And I made this post or when I replied to it I was only talking about the fuel pressure gauge as in if it's not necessary to spend 50 bucks on an aeroforce then the $24 glow shift works for me .

So I was planning on more than likely sticking with the auto meter for those and I probably will but I was thinking about something yesterday looking at some stuff online I do like being able to see a number as in digital versus analog, but I like the look the back light look of the analog stuff as indifferent colors you can get for the backlighting versus analog is going to be just black with the number. Unless I get instead of a red number the number to match the cluster lighting.

I actually have on the radar to try and find some images of guys digital gauge just to see if I'm swayed by gauge just to see if I'm swayed by digital over analog for those reasons.

Actually thought I sent this early. From earlier till now I think I definitely like analog over digital just from a pure overall look standpoint.....
