It was only about $209 at the time, so it went up a little, but it fits RIGHT on there with no probs and looks, well, youve seen it.

Looks nice RC but thats stock just polished, BUT for 265 bucks I can do it my self for like 20 bucks (Get one fron junk yard cheap like 200% cheapper than any other junk yard and spend a few hrs and I will be good)

it looks good, as soon as i can get an intake, i'm going to polish it up nice, and have all my brackets and stuff powdercoated. My cousin does powder coating, and can get me a good deal

You may be able to take the outer shell from a used one and send it out to be chromed...then use IT. You should be able to get the case chromed for under $75....just a thought. One thing about the chrome alt that I got tho is that it IS rated 30A higher, and when I got it, mine was shot, so I needed one anyway.

that alternator looks awesome. does anyone whave any idea how much it would cost for a pro to polish an intake? ive been wanting to do this for a while but it just seems like it would take way too long for a novice like myself.

When I last checked the shops around here were charging b/t $375-450 and about 3-4 weeks. That's bs and I went ahead and learned to polish myself.

thanks a lot. last year was my first season with nitrous and i had quite a few issues to fix, im keeping my fingers crossed that everything will run great and i'll get my first 12 in early 2005. then im going to work on the suspension and probly ditch my eibachs, the power is finally there, just got to put it down!
