I bought an 02 v6 about a month ago. When I bought it it would/does grind sometimes shifting up into second not down and would/does try and pop out of second. And the E brake doesn't work but the cable is in the trunk. And the power steering pump is going out.
The brake light was busted so I replaced that. It worked for a little while then stopped. No its not the bulb. Ive trouble shot it and its getting power. Then last week the heater went out (waiting on part) while I was under the glovebox I moved the wires a little and the brake light started working again.
2 days ago the clutch started getting stiffer when pressing it in. I know I have to check the transmission fluid, and the clutch cable following that up to the clutch fork (haven't had time)
NOW the flashers won't come on, the turn signal lever won't engage no turn sign lights on dash or for flashers. The wipers work so I know the mfs hasn't gone out completely yet, but will need to be replaced. Is it normal for all of this to just go bad at once or did I get played when I bought it? Any other ideas on what might be wrong before I do all the work?
