going from 2.73's to 4.10's this weekend

I am going to miss the 26mpg on the freeway though. Has anyone else done a swap this drastic before? How hard was it to get use to? I hit a 14.7 at the track with just a h-pipe and flows. with the 4.10's and a recently added t/a, how much should i expect to knock of my 1/4 mile time?
