Going in Tuesday to order my 2011 GT

Comfort Package (heated seats, etc.)

MSRP is $38,625

He is asking $36,625
Also telling me that if the current rebate of $500 remains in effect that would come off the price as well. They said they can't quote rebates because they are given at time of delivery. 6-10 week wait.

According to Edmunds.com current invoice on this car is $35,405
I think Ford offers dealers 3% "Hold Back" pricing, so that means the price he is paying is probably somewhere around $34,250
That would leave him making about $2,380

So what do you all think?
Think I can haggle it any lower?

Good luck. Put yourself in his shoes. He can sell that car to someone who will pay what he is asking or to you. Since it is not on the lot and will not be a "done deal" for a while, I doubt he will budge much.
