Good Body Kits

As others have said, Saleen is the top of the list. Roush is good, and so is Cervinis. Those are pretty much the only ones worth looking at. I had a stalker hood on my '01 for about 8 years and it was perfect.

Probably the cleanest rice kit out there. Not bad, but I wouldn't put it on my car.

That's some different kind of wing. The Saleen S281 wing is the ONLY wing, other than factory, that I think looks decent on any Mustang.

The original Roush and Saleen kits are all gone. Atleast I cant find one new anywhere. I was looking at Cervini's Stalker kit or Extreme Dimensions Colt kits. They both have hints of Saleen and Roush. I just dont want to buy something that doesn't fit right. I work for a ricer car dealers body shop now and have seen how bad some companys kits fit. I'd love to keep the Cobra front on the car but the kits all seem to have some luvers in the bumpers. I think it would look dumb with luvers in back and not front. I'm also not a fan of the add-on bumper pieces. I'd like feedback on which company's kits fit the best and dont need to be completly reworked to fit. Thanks

Does this make mine riced then? I wanted to be 'different' from all the 03-04 cobra bumpers on the new edge styles..

No, Rice-ism is putting poor fitting or unpainted body kits, altezza lights, unnecessary wings, huge exhausts and stickers for parts not so equipped on your car. There's nothing wrong with wanting to be different. Rice is just a specific kind of different which draws the wrath of the rest of us.

I was just looking for some information on which body kit company makes the best fitting and best quality kits. I really dont care about what people think looks good. I like the Saleen, Roush, and Cobra cars they all look good. The main reason I want a body kit is there are a ton of red GT's like mine or, GT's with cobra fronts. The second reason is the factory side skirts look like small running boards from a pick-up. I really thought I'd get some good feedback but just got a bunch of people talking smack at each other like teenagers.

You have gotten good feedback. It's either saleen or cobra for your car. As far as fit and quality the only thing I would call quality would be Ford. Every aftermarket body part has something just not quite right with it. The only bodykit that I would want on your YM would be a saleen but thats my opinion.
