Good flash tuner??

you will hear brenspeed and also bamachips. both are great to deal with. i personally used brenspeed and his service is second to none. but looking back i wish that i went to my local tuner, pro-dyno. i am not saying that brenspeed didnt do a great job, but i noticed that with the custom dyno tune my car made more power above 4000. now the only problem that i run into is when i add parts, brenspeed with give you a free tune when you buy their parts, while most dyno shops will charge you for another tune. if i were to do it again, i would have stockpiled all of my parts and installed then at once with one trip to the dyno. but if you want a quick car now get the cai (jlt or c&L) and the tune from brenspeed. if you read through the site you will see tons of arguments over what tuner or cai to go with, but that is my .02

+1 Brenspeed. Go with Brenspeed until you're "done" modding, then get a dyno tune.

You don't really believe that you will ever be "done" modding do you? You have about as much chance of that as a crackhead going cold turkey. :D This is my 5th Mustang and the only time I stopped modding any of them was when I crashed them or sold them. (Please don't ask how many I crashed, I'll never tell anyway)

Other than that I couldn't agree more, Brenspeed/Bama tunes are the way to go until you want to get serious. Paying for custom tunes after every bolt-on could get pretty expensive.

Justin at VMP Tuning is also supposed to be very good.
I think he gets $50 for a single tune file or $125 for a full load (3 files).

If you have a 2007+ I think the Xcal 2 will only hold two files though (The files are larger).
