got an elite today!

picked it up early this morning at best buy with forza 2

the thing is absolutely bitchin!

cant wait to get bioshock and halo3

for those who have the game and care...ive already gotten up to level 11 with 65k cr points

im still figuring out all the neat little features...my MR2:

forza 2 is an awesome game...just like as it is advertised!

i love my 360.

my preference is first person shooter army type games, but i like tons of other types.

if you havent played it already, gears of war is a must have for 360 owners. its like, contra on steroids.

rainbow 6 vegas is amazing as well...as is guitar hero 2. they will both suck your life out from you.

yeah ive played GOW on my friends 360...beat it in 2 nights..at this point since i know the game it isnt on my must have list at the moment...but it is an amazing game tho!

o i wont sell it. the room its in isnt setup very well.

plus paying $60 for a game is lame. i have a new large expense thats taking up all my money, and its not the mustang... but it has 4 wheels.

i havent gotten into the upgrade parts yet because ive been winning every race with cars ive recieved from previous races

i am excited to dump tons of money into my GT500-KR

Awesome! I just renewed my xbox live gold subscription, so I'm gonna be back to gaming in my free time. Would have bought an Elite...but HDMI isn't that important to me as my TV has a VGA port and I run it at 1080p through that and I have my regular 360 hooked up through windows media center pc, and have an external USB harddrive on the 360 so I can store whatever I want, and access anything on any of the computers on my wireless or wired networks


Forza is awesome, but eventually you get to a point where you have to run super long, very boring races and it's not advantageous to run the races on easier settings because then you can't afford the cars you need for other races (like ferrari races, blah blah blah). The R class cars are AWESOME though, love my porsches too hehe...

i will say though. the paint shop where you can just about do ANYHTING you want takes a loooong time. especially if its your first time.

this took me 45 min just to add simple decals(manufacturer and vinyls on the hood) and yellow paint:

Awesome man . Forza 2 is a pretty sweet game but I kinda got tired of it after a while. I am like that with all racing games. . Get me playing a shooter that you can go on live and play, for example COD 4, and I can play non stop and not get tired.

i know what you mean. most online racing games have so many different things you can do besides just plain racing. an example would be "Last man standing" or "Cat and Mouse"...there are ways to mix up racing games to make them a little more enjoyable

first person shooters are also a favorite of mine also but for some reason this time around i opted for forza

Thats for kids on PGR games. You will end up booted and "avoided" quickstyle if you tried that with Forza 2.
