got it running!

finnally i got it running right somewhat!after swapping my valve covers thinking that a rocker was hitting (whoops loose rocker) i figured what that miss was finally i sat down started it up and vroom that favorite mustang sound.now just te fine tuning has anyonehad this problem after the car is running for a bit yourev it once and then a quick rev right after the car backfires through the intake? also my base timing is like almost 20 degrees no pinging either at all spun the balancer maybe? i have no bottom end at all i think thats bc of my heads though they are ported and flow more then victor jrs which is fine i guess bc i have an s/c going on soon. the car breaks up at a steady speed with the msd connected which i just think that the wires are bad not sure.but from about 2500 all the wayto 6500 the car pulls like a mofo it feels like it can go way more but im afraid as i still have the stock injectors f/p and maf. i have new stuff just waiting for the sc to go on first just wanna get it tuned right till next month for the rest of the stuff

Sounds like you have some ignition probs still, the backfiring that is..Try backing the timing down some??? High is not always better...just cause it will take it, doesn't mean its the best....I dyno'd mine all the way to 20 too...not pinging or the like, but I did loose some power...14 was the sweet spot...we did like 6 timing pulls alone...take it for what its worth...
No idea on your MSD stuff..
Good to hear its running better....did you recheck/readjust the entire valvetrain or just that one?

I checked everything. I think that i spun the balancer though I'm not sure. the car is a dog down low but just past 2000-2500 it just takes off and doesnt stop pulling.

For a H/C/I upgrade, that sounds like system normal...

if you have your base timing at 20 degrees, pull the spout out of your car, and set it at 12* base timing. After you set it put the spout back in.

that should probably help a lot.
