Nice! I got an 05 with very low miles for 13 at Christmas time as a little gift to myself, and couldn't be happier

Now get a lift and some real tires on that thing before you get stuck in the mud somewhere. The factory rubber is junk.

Sweet Deal. I got an 02' F150 for a good price. It's been a great truck. The only recomendation I have, is that when it comes time to buy tires, make sure you spend the extra money for Light Truck tires. It will save you money in the long run. Not only are they much safer, more fuel efficient, better for loading up with weight, they also last a lot longer.

I got the BF Goodrich All Terrain T/A KO's in the LT version and they've held up very well, I'm sure it would be a good choice when it does come time to make the swap

I also got a set of BFG LT tires. Definately a good buy.

Try shooting a PM to svttech76. He's a Ford Master Tech and could probably get you the exact procedure from the service manual.
