they are just plugs for the alternate lug pattern holes. Kinda cleans up the look once they are on the car.
Nice to see someone use rodlites over draglites! I think they have a very cool muscle car look, on top of all the benefits weld wheels offer. Can't wait to see pics!
All Welds come with those...you just rarely see people leave them in. It's also not an alternative bolt pattern, they just give you 2 sets of bolt holes because of the abuse the holes take from drag racing. Once you stretch out one set of holes you can switch to the other and get more life out of your rims.
