Got rid of my skinnies and i couldn't be happier.

I had some weld skinny wheels on my car when I bought it and I just replaced them today with another draglite wheel but a 15x7. I also had the tech install my new prothane sway bar links as the car was missing the links when I got it. The ride is so much better, it's like I got new shocks and I can drive the car like a car now without fear of going into a ditch. I know the skinnies have their place but on the street? No way.

Smart Fellow!! you are absolutely right about the skinnies.

With skinnies up front, you have no braking power as more than 75% of the braking is done by the front wheels.

I actually like how my car drives with skinnies much better coz I have a manual rack They handle fine except for sh?tty weather..now thats another story. It's cool though, I'm getting a beater soon so that won't be an issue.
