Finally cleaned up my 94 and got some pictures. It's been a super long and time intensive project.. Finding time in between my highschool and work, which just made it longer. But anyway, here she is. I did all work, except for building the bottom end of the engine.

The modlist is about 10 feet long, so I'll touch the main stuff here:

347 CI
68 302 block
Ross Forged Pistons
Scat Crank
Eagle H Beam rods
Canton 7 qt roadrace oilpan, w/deep pickup

Trickflow TW heads, Stage 1 ported @ Panhandle Performance
CompCam's cam
Weiand Stealth dual plane intake, ported and polished @ Panhandle Performance

Speed Demon 650 Carb
Barry Grant 280 GPH Elec Fuel Pump
Aeromotive SS Regulator
Braided Steel lines, W/-AN fittings

4 pt rollbar
Corbeau CR-1 Racing seats
4 pt Racing Harnesses

H&R Road Race springs
Tokiko shocks and struts (5 way adj)

Other supporting mods, like Fluidyne radiator, fans, alum driveshaft etc.. you get the picture.

Pix:

Gotta love an engine bay you can actually WORK in

Can't forget the 315's

Nice car but sorry, those wheels are repulsive.

Do you have spacers on the back? Mine dont stick out like that. And seeing as how we have the exact same wheels and tires thats kinda weird.

Awesome car though. I cant wait till I can get that 331.

Hahaha, riight.

And yeah, I admit to running 1/8th inch spacers... I love how it looks though.. It's WICKED.

And I know you'll have fun with that 331. It's awesome to be able to dig the pedal a little bit, and the car goes sideways. It makes all the pain and frustration worth it at that point.

Looks like they would rub on every mildly hard turn.

Plus mine look SO much better w/o spacers.

But I have never been able to get a good pic of them.

Lookin' good man! You need to swing down here to 'Nam so I can check out those wheels in person, I have been eyeballing a set of them w/silver centers for mine!

Hopefully mine will have a 347 early next year, should be getting the rotating assembly for Xmas, then its just a matter of heads/cam/block!

See ya on HPJ....

haha, if the suspension bottoms out, they rub on the fender. I'm gonna roll them though. I'm actually not currently running the spacers, I just put them on to see how they looked (and I love how it looks) I don't have to run spacers though.

Thanks bro. I guess since you have the FMP right near you, you never hit up the 1/8 tracks? My car hasn't touched any tracks yet, just finishing up the details getting her reliable enough to drive, but I guess I need to roll out for a Freaky Friday, eh?

GL with the 347 setup, it's a great engine.

wow, thanks! That's a big compliment coming from you, I drool over your car whenever I see pix.. I used to have a Lazer red 97, till a UPS truck totalled it. I love that color. (Though your new paint idea is even awesomer)

And yeah.. I used post nonstop, show pix of my cars nonstop, but I kinda started lurking instead.. Different phases I guess. Not that my car was anything to look at during the project time period either.

Damn Diablo, that's one BADASS car. Like Paul said, nothing like n/a power. On a side note, where'd you get that gauge bezel? I like it, it's nice and sutble and you've got your gauges right there. What are all those switches for?
