If Dave GAVE me a Granatelli part, the only thing I'd use it for would be to beat him with it (this would be bad as I bruise easily ).

You might find the odd 19 year old that swears by Granatelli parts but that's about it. They're maybe a notch or two above ebay parts.

There is truly nothing I own that I care so little about that I would risk it with their parts.

MM, Steeda, UPR, Team Z, are ALL better than any cheap knock-off part you'll get from them.

Granatelli ads in Mustang mags are just like big wiener or blue pill ads in Maxim.

Think that about sums it up.

Let's try an experiment:

I really like that cobra hitch receiver tower, if I had a cobra I'd want one of those.

Well I guess that sums it up I found some NOS units and the price was ok I was curious on the quality I knew the answer but thought a second opinion was in order it looks like a better unit than Kenny Brown

Honestly, who cares? Lol I couldn't imagine trying to spray any rattle can at that temperature with rain. I'll probably be sitting in the air conditioned office then.

We have had 115 a few times here in the summer, not quite that humidity level though.

I am a carpainter, and have been painting cars since the seventies. Not too much use for krylon products in a bodyshop.

If you ever need help with paint or body, holler at me, I'll help out there.

Bah! Now go wash your mouth out.

Kenny Brown parts were 2nd to none when he was healthy and able to work like he wanted.

To this day, I still have Kenny Brown parts on my car. Been on there for quite some time up to and including my sub-frame connectors.

I should have bought one of his street cages way back when.

You can't compare Kenny Brown quality to Granatelli. Maybe the parallel universe?

Amen. Granetelli exists because China doesn't honor patent laws. $50 more for the real deal is more than worth the number of swear words you would have to use to put that cheap in there.

I've learned so much here.

To display the level of my daumbassery, I remember looking at one of their k-members thinking it looked similar to a MM unit.

I ain't a fart smeller.

Did I mention I can paint.......

THIS X 100, I wouldn't use one of JR's parts on my car if it was given to me for free. Plenty of stories of sub par quality, breakage, and well, he is just a douche who copies other company's parts. We had an epic thread with him on the Corral a few years back . I think @MFE92 was in on that too.

That's kind of what I was thinking as well, thought I should play it safe.

Though I am the poster child for naivety......It would be difficult for me to argue that point.

thank you all for the insight & your opinions and views on said unit was curios at the end of the day it was around $100 dollars in price difference from the Maximum Motorsports unit. And like most people my build has a budget so I always try to find the best deal and pinch every penny .I will be buying the MM part you know sometimes you just need to here it from other people that hey IDIOT you get what you pay for and honestly I am SLOW learner ...Oh and just my opinion that unit just from the photo does look like a better unit than the Kenny brown not saying Kenny brown has not made good parts but there panhard was a fail again my opinion

I remember in the late 90s everyone was throwing granatelli stuff at f body's. I jumped on the bandwagon. Half of it was rebadged from other reputable companies the rest was shady China crap. Glad you're going with MM.
