ground wire question

Hello,

can i attach the main ground wire (direct from battery)
on my aluminium cylinder heads or must i fix it on the block?

The heads will do, the block is better. The stock location for the ground is down in front of the oil pressure sender port. Avoid using the bolts that go into the timing cover for a gound. They tend to corrode and make poor grounds.
