i dont know the 94-98 but i can change all of mine in my 99 in 20 min tops
it takes some getting use to but once u know how its simple.the pass side is hardest all u have to do though is disconect the air inlet from tb and move it over.

plus you will need 1 exstension about 2in long tops

You should be able to reach them all from the top, unless you got really big hands or to large of a rachett

Yeah it takes me 10 mins to do it on my 98

Seriously though, the passenger side should be easier if you remove the air intake out of the way and drivers side you should be able to reach them, i can and I have big hands and size 18 shoes.
