coil pack bracket

This may be simple, but my frustration is already through the roof. I am changing the water pump on my 1996 base V6. Can anybody tell me either where the third top bolt for the coil pack bracket is or how to get the water pump off without taking it off? Can I or do I have to remove packs to get to it? ANYTHING. Thanks.
