hey guys i have a 96 gt 5 spd (95,000 miles) with k&n filter, mac o/r h pipe and 2 chamber flowmasters. Recently the car started to hesitate real badly when accelerating. I can cruise around just fine but no matter what gear im in when i accelerate it hesitates badly( feels like a bad miss). over the last two weeks i have changed the spark plugs, coil packs, and fuel filter. none of this has fixed the problem. people tell me it could be the plug wires, fuel pump, or even the ecm. please help me out guyz. i dont know how to fix this. i was planning to do a pi intake and cam swap in november, but if this isnt fix i'll just sell the car

Sorry, don't have an answer to your question, but was wondering what color your car was? I had a 96' GT (5-speed) that I sold about a year ago, that had a MAC O/R H with 2 chamber Flows and a K&N Filter. The buyer was from another state, pretty far away, and I always wonder how my car is doing and if the guy ever posts on any Mustang boards. Would have around the mileage yours has now too. I sold it with around 79k on the clock. Probably not the same car, but just wondering. Hope you find a fix, Im sure its nothing big that would warrant selling her!

Check your Mass Airflow, I had the same type of problem and it turned out to be moisture in the MAF.
