Why does everyone take off the slotted taillights off of their GT's?

That's one of the things that drew me too them. Random i know, Just curious.

If anyone feels like ditching a black set of cheesegrater GT lenses, lemme' know and I might wanna swap ya'. Everyone's going with LX lenses now, and I always like to be the sore thumb that sticks out of a bunch.

Don't get me wrong, LX tails look nice on just about any Fox, but they're soooooo done. I mean, your average done-up-nice Fox will always have the following:
1. LX tail lenses
2. Cobra R rims
3. Flowmaster cat-back
4. BBK (or similar) CAI
5. Generic-looking cowl hood

Everyone globally seems to mod their Foxes in such a way to appear "different," but they all go about it with the same stuff - not that they're bad-looking items at all, in and of themselves, but it defeats the purpose of uniqueness.

As it's been said, "You non-conformists are all alike."

Whether you go with the GT or LX tail lights at least they're not those euro rice burner tail lights.

I know some people who put GT 'graters on their LX

I don't like LX lenses on red cars, especially mine. The Cobras I put are sweet though, at least IMO. I liked, for a while, the stock GT set and even put them back on after trying out the LX lenses.

I still sport the cheesegraders. Love 'em. I wanted Lx's for a while but the graders are seemingly more and more uncommon on a fox, and they have grown on me.
