gt to cobra bumper

Im gonna change over my 03 gt bumper to the 03 cobra bumper. Any thing that I should be aware of or is it a direct replacement. Thanks for the help

it looks nice bra......pretty sure it is direct fit but not positive?

I think with the GT hood there is a gap. Not too bad but there is one

Yeah it is the front. Well just depends on how big the gap is but I think I would be okay with it cause the ones that I have seen are good lookin

If you want it to line up perfectly with the GT hood you have to put new holes where the top clips go it to pull it back more from what I've read and seen.

There is no gap actually the cobra hood is shorter than the GT hood so like silver04gt said you need to move those clips back or your hood will smash down on the grill post a little when closing your hood.

I work at a shop so I am gonna have our body shop do it cause the hood got hit too. They can do all that without a hitch then. Thanks for the help guys.

You should go ahead and put an SVT hood on also then. There is a gap and it looks pretty dumb, I've seen it done.

No gap. The shop said it took them less than 5 minutes to fix.
