It is a different engine in a GT500.
It has a 32-valve 5.4 liter engine. The heads are completely different. Different deck height on the block. Cant use those parts on the 4.6 with 24 valves.
GT500 supercharger is not even close to the best out there for your car.

I thought so.....I do know that you can bolt the 5.4 heads onto a 4.6 motor but I wasn't sure if the supercharger would interchangeable or not. I remember the days when a 302 and 351 used the intakes....lol

I believe I've heard of it being done, and it took quite a bit of modification. By the time you do that, you might as well buy a KB and be done with it. You'll get more power and be using something made for your engine.

This is the most logical thing to do.

If he is getting a Blower for free its probably a favor and he might lose a relationship if he turns around and sells it. whomever or wherever he gets it from could also sell it and do the same thing.

I could be totaly wrong but....

Well, it requires a lot of modification to do this. First the 5.4 is wider than the 4.6, so they would have to cut the intake runners and weld them back up to make them shorter. The second part is then matching the ports of the 3V head as the intake will be setup for a 4V. I seriously doubt that this has been done as there is only a few performance shops that would attempt this and I don't know of any of them doing it. What I have said just covers the intake issue, there is other stuff that needs to be done but that is the big one.
